For interventions regrded as urgent by sponsor and client – the client is enrolled in a limited number of (Saturday – or Saturday and Sunday) in-office 6 hour Marathon Day Sessions. These are scheduled for a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 weeks (30 to 60 hours) in person. (Special exceptions may be arranged for up to 4 straight days at a visit – when special needs occur.) The parties must come to my location.
As with Online Coaching fees, (unless there is private pay) the client's denominatinal headquarters, ministry organization, or agency – sponsors the pastor, staff member, parachurch minister, or missionariy. The sponsor reserves and pre-pays our NPO /EAP as a provider of services – including travel expenses – when clients come a far distance. Travel expense reimbursement is arranged between clients and supervisors.
